Our client is a UK-Based Global Logistics Firm which is specialized in Sea Logistics, Road and Rail Transportation. They are now looking for a passionate candidate to join their group as the APAC Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily shipping logistics operation, including shipment and local redelivery arrangement, tracking and preparing the shipping documents
• Prepare Quotation for ocean and local charges
• Provide Customer Services and emails correspondence on any order status and shipment enquires
• Liaise with HQ, Global Team and Clients to maintain a smooth operation and achieve customer satisfaction
• Liaise with Carriers for placing bookings and ensure the on-time delivery
• Liaise with Factories to ensure the production lead time and solve the related issues
  
  

Requirements

• High Diploma or above with minimum 2 years relevant experience in the shipping industry with a carrier or forwarder
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good at both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Offices (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc)
