The executive assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services to the directors of the company in order to ensure effective and efficient operations. 

In your role supporting the directors in their daily requirements, you will be assisting them on a daily basis to provide high quality and timely services to ensure client satisfaction. 

You will be supporting them with their daily tasks, administrative duties as well as supporting them in communicating with their client. Your main focus will be a supporting role as well as communicating with clients. In your employment, you will gain a deep insight into Fine Arts as well as logistics and operations. 

This is an entry position. You will receive an in-depth training on the job and will be trained by experienced managers to work independently after the training period if completed. 

Your main job duties will include:

• Assisting the directors in their administrative and clerical tasks 
• Communication with clients, booking of appointments and co-ordination of the tasks of the directors 
• Supporting the directors in coordinating their bookings / passing on information to clients and issuance of documents to ensure a timely service     
• Vendor liaison to ensure quality standards are met while operating economically and efficiently

• Communication with suppliers and clients
