Job Duties:

• Handle full set import and export shipping documents, banking documents and cargo consolidation 
• Prepares bills for each shipment and records all items loaded for shipment.
• Posts shipments to customer orders and calculates balance yet to be shipped.
• On received goods, checks and counts all items unloaded from containers checks supplier's count and reports discrepancies to carrier and to purchasing office.
• import and export declaration.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• 2 year + working experience in shipping/ logistics field
• PC knowledge of Ms Word. Excel and Tradelink is preferred
• Good command in both Mandarin and English 
• Can work independently under pressure
• Immediate availability is highly preferable
