Operations Clerk, Senior Operations Clerk

Duties

• Providing adequate operational support to the Assistant Operations Manager
• Handling all documentation for air freight shipments
• Responsible for physical inspection and document checking
• Invoicing / verification and posting of incoming invoices
• Monitoring the operations team to ensure efficient, smooth and accurate service
• Coordinating with warehouse for unloading and deconsolidation instructions
• Performing any special duties assigned by Management Team

Requirements

• Prefer Form 5 or above
• Fresh graduate or with less than 1 year of working experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
• Day/ Night Shift duty is required
• Immediate available is an advantage
• More experience will be considered as Senior Operations Clerk
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Work location: Kwai Chung
