The Senior Supply Chain Manager is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain and Auction House operations operating rhythm resulting in an optimized logistics, warehouse and inventory plan which is used for procurement and management of inventory. Specified responsibilities include,

• Develop and maintain supply chain, logistics and warehouse operations.
• Manage the supply chain, warehouse and after sales team in day to day operation.
• Process analysis, and optimization and implementation of efficient workflows and procedures across span of control.
• Manage and facilitate weekly Sales & Operations Plan discussion to create demand visibility, to review the aging stock, to plan production capacity and scheduling and to plan inventory holding.  
• Manage the capacity planning and scheduling for grading to ensure the fast turnaround time for the grading process. Liaise with the supplier to ensure the stable supply of the stock for grading processing.
• Analysis of demand and supply balance, determining out-of-balance conditions, identifying alternatives and recommending actions.
• Updating and monitoring of key systems and processes that support the Auction House operations. 
• Generate inventory optimization plans at a SKU level.
• Liaise with Logistics vendors.
• Accountable for end to end Supply Chain flow complying with the SOX.
• Assist Operations Director in developing short and long term operation strategy and departmental budget.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning
• Demonstrate solid Computer skills including MS Office especially Excel, particularly creation of advanced multiple criteria formula. Experience in SQL and VBA programming will be beneficial
• Strong problem solving and analyst skills
• Clear planning and prioritizing skills
• Data analysis to uncover the root cause of issues and primary drivers of opportunity
• Strong communication skills. Can establish and maintain relationships
