The Role

Due to expansion, we would like to invite a high caliber, capable, energetic individuals to join our Logistics team. Directly report to the Operations Manager in our Hong Kong office, you will provide general support to the Logistics Department, performing duties such as, and not limited to:

• Follow up import and export shipment for goods across HK, China and overseas
• Coordinate shipment arrangements with suppliers, internal departments and forwarders
• Handle a full set of I/E shipping documents and customs declaration
• Prepare shipment schedules and reports
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

To Qualify

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Diploma or above
• 2-3 years+ experience in shipping document handling advantageous but not must
• IT suave (MS Excel skills must, LC and Tradelink experience definite adv.)
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Responsible, hard-working, cheerful, eager to learn is ESSENTIAL
