Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist to handle import shipment as well as I/E customs declaration;
- Prepare shipment reports such as insurance declaration report, forwarder expenses report, tradelink report and export shipment report, etc;
- Verify, file and keep records of shipments documentation;
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience;
- Capable in handling import shipment and tradelink system;
- Familiar with HK Customs Declaration System & Import/Export licence application;
- Optimistic, cooperative, initiative with "can-do" attitude & flexible to work under stress;
- Familiar with MS Office applications including Word & Excel;
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin & English is a MUST;
