Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse capacity for short and long-term requirement to support business expansion
• Identify right partners / solution to expand storage capacity and network for business need
• Manage warehouses operations and development with 3PLs and identify improvement area in terms of cost / efficiency
• Monitor warehouses operations cost within budgetary control and identify cost saving opportunities
• Manage warehouses on fulfilling storage capacity for special promotion or seasonal projects
• Prepare and generate tenders of warehousing and hub service
• Review warehouse policies and SOP to standardize and streamline the operations
• Initiate logistics projects to meet business requirements and growth

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or other related disciplines
• Minimum 8-10 years working experience in Supply Chain / Logistics of which at least 3 years at managerial level
• Experience in 3PL / warehouse management is a must
• Strong international distribution network
• Proactive, result-oriented and able to work in fast-paced changing environment
• Good leadership, communication and presentation skills
