Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of operations, I/E shipping documents and coordination with Customers & overseas agents
- Co-ordinate with Clients and oversea offices and follow up cargo flow with internal and external parties
- Liaise closely with vendors on a daily basis to arrange delivery schedule and ensure timely shipment
- Trouble shooting problem shipments
- Able to work independently under pressure
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above, minimum 2 years working experience in Freight Forwarding is preferable
- Good Command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good PC Knowledge in MS Words, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word processing
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Mature and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
