Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn the logistics business needs of existing and potential clients, collect business data from client for rates proposal preparation
  • Analyse data to facilitate the design or enhance the operation flow and storage space planning
  • Prepare the logistics proposals, refine project cost model and calculate the project yield under the guidance of Manager, Solutions
  • Draft and update the warehouse layout, flow charts, SOP, WI and project schedule for new and existing projects
  • Handle project implementation, proactive update and report the deliverable status for new projects to ensure the project issues are being alerted and handled timely as project plan schedule
  • Work with managers in daily operations
  • Closely work with customer for any ad hoc projects and maintain customer relationship
  • Support solutions manager in leading the team and developing the subordinates
  • Perform any project implementation or solution design related duties and tasks assigned by the Manager, Solutions


Who we are looking for

  • University degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Industrial Engineering/Operational Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proactive, good problem solving and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Candidates with less/ more experiences can be considered as Logistics Executive/ Senior Logistics Officer
