The Assistant Operations Supervisor (CS) is to assist supervisors/managers to provide effective and efficient customer services to our customers.

Your tasks:

• Monitor transportation issues, tracking and tracing shipments
• Perform inventory management and regular reviews with customers
• Supervisor a small customer services team to meet the pre-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Maintain good channels and effective communication with customers, sub-contractors and other departments for both sides benefits
• Establish and carry out proper working procedure and make a proper corrective and preventive action through the analysis and investigation of problems, feedback and complaints
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards
• Prepare monthly performance reports to the management / customers
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management

Your qualifications, experience & skills:

• Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Min. 3 years experience in third party logistics operations
• Supervisory experience in customer services staff is definitely an asset
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office, include MS Word and Excel
• Independent, strong personal motivation and well disciplines
• Work location: Tsing Yi
