We are looking for an individual who has positive attitude, open-minded personality, good working and managerial experience, and strong learning capability with strong ambition to take up new challenges. You will be responsible for shaping and running the delivery team and its service levels. Part of your responsibilities include assist in mapping, developing and managing all matters relating to the delivery service; managing a team of drivers and delivery staff; planning, monitoring performance and quality of work; and develop standard procedures and ensuring that these procedures are followed. 

Requirements:

• At least 3 years transportation management experience in logistics industry       
• Able to manage a team of drivers and delivery staff efficiently    
• Driving licence required (Class 1 , 2. Class 18 is preferable) 
• Good Knowledge of Hong Kong roads and GPS control is preferable
• Experience in forwarding industry is a plus
• Good computer skills
• Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese and English
• Open-minded, Independent, responsible, self motivated , initiative, positive, good communication skills and problem-solving skills      

Responsibilities:

• Assists Supervisor in developing strategies, policies, procedures and service standards
• Performs daily routine tasks or ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Supervisor 
• Maintain a first class delivery service level for our customers 
• Maintain cost efficiency including vehicle utilization efficiency and overall productivity 
• Handle email communication, ensuring all inquiries are properly followed up in a timely manner 
• Provide guidance on route planning and monitoring its compliance 
• Monitor and audit the maintenance of vehicles with continuous improvement plans 
• Coordinate with other departments including warehouse, customer service and freight 
• Keep abreast of market development and information 
