Perform all shipping functions and ad-hoc projects :

•  Handling global shipments
•  Management and Admin reporting
•  ERP data input
•  Check balance TT payment, Deposit payment or Letter of Credit issuance
•  Co-ordinate scheduled shipments and documents preparation
•  Full set LC, I/E shipping documents
•  Liaison with overseas offices and suppliers.
•  Handle ad hoc assignments 

Requirements:  

• F.5 or above
• At least 2 years or above practical experience in trading company
• Familiar with MS Office applications especially in Excel & Chinese word processing
• Experience in ERP system
• Able to read and write Chinese
• Immediate availability highly preferred
