• Full knowledge in I/E procedure, L/C TT, D/A banking documents and Tradelink;
• Responsible for supporting shipment operations with Shipping Team in China;
• Proceeding all shipping documents to Bank and clients efficiently;
• Enhancement and revamping the shipping structure and work flow;
• Supervise the shipping Team in HK and good collaboration with other Teams as well; Work closely with various internal Departments;
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned

Job requirements

• Experience in 7 to 10 years in related field,
• Proficiency in MS office and SAP is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin;
• Ability to work independently and possess a strong sense of responsibilities, well organized, attentive to details ;
• Good interpersonal and communication skill, good in collaboration;
• Occasional travel to China factory (Dongguan) if necessary;
• Immediate availability or within shorter notice periods will be preferred

*Candidate with lower qualification and/or less experience will be considered as Operation Clerk
