Main roles are :

* Handle payments and receipts such as quotation and Invoice processing, cheque/remittance preparation and other related transactions

* Perform Human Resources operation support to the manager including interviews, MPF arrangements and sorting out staff record

* Provide secretarial supports to the Management

* Handle general office administration and others required

* Updated and maintain HR database, staff record, leave record & movements

* Creating basic invoices & inventory system and update

* Initiative, positive & "can do" attitude

* team work skill is must

* Willing to learn

* Efficient and fast

* Proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel

* Eng. Cantonese, Mandarin needed

* Able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, independent and self-motivated

* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Immediate availability preferred

* half day working on Sat (Alternate Saturday)
