Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of accounts
• Perform daily accounting duties such as AR, AP & data input
• Handle receipts, payments, staff claim
• Monitor cash balance and prepare bank reconciliation
• Assist in month end closing and monthly reconciliation of accounts
• Issue invoices and arrange check payments and receipts
• Assist in calculating payroll

Requirements:  

• F5 or above
• LCCI Level II or above
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in accounting field
• Independent, willing to learn and able to work under tight deadlines
• The experience of dealing with company salaries and other management functions is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Account software is preferable.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Excellent organization skills, problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communications skills
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and multi-tasked.
• Immediate availability is preferred
