Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of account
• Perform daily accounting functions including voucher inputs, payment and bank reconciliation
• Monitoring daily cash flow
• Payroll and MPF administration, HK taxation, employee compensation & medical insurance administration
• Preparation of accounting schedules and financial statements and reports
• Responsible for HR duties
• Liaise with auditor and follow up the audit issue
• Ad hoc assignment as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years or above solid experience in HR / administrative and accounting support
• Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and Labor Legislation is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software-Quickbook
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Self-motivate, responsible and able to work independently
• Immediately available is preferred
