Responsibilities:

• Handle cash flow and loan financing
• Prepare multiple companies consolidated accounts and management reports
• Monitor the accounting team in HK office and PRC factory
• Review and highlight variances between budget and actual financial results
• Review various accounting and fiscal transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies and procedures
• Liaise with the tax bureau, external auditors and other professional bodies

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (be a member of HKICPA, ACCA, CIMA etc)
• At least 8 years accounting/financial working experiences in a manufacturing environment, of which at least 3 years should be at supervisory and/or managerial level 
• Possess practical experience in handling multiple companies consolidated mgt accounts
• Familiar with PRC accounting and taxation requirements
• Experience of ERP implementation preferred
• Self-motivated and high degree of initiative
• Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese including Mandarin
• Occasional travel to PRC
• Immediate available is preferred
