Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly divisional management financial reports on a timely basis 
• Prepare monthly financial analysis reporting, perform variance analysis and highlight findings
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing  
• Assist in preparation of budgeting and forecasting analysis and reports
• Assist in dealing with external and internal auditor, tax advisor and company secretary
• Ensure accounting procedures align with company policies and procedures
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business decision

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• 3-5 years relevant working experience
• Well versed in MS Excel and prior experience in using SAP systems
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent, self-motivated, Analytical, detail-minded
• Able to work under fast pace and multi-tasking environment, willing to face challenges
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available preferred
