You will have specific learning focuses

As a Company Secretary

• We enable our clients to manage their company or trust with professional company secretarial service. You will learn how to enable our clients to ensure they comply with legal and regulatory requirements. You will handle  a  wide  range  of  trust or company secretarial administration professionally including annual general meeting, minutes, annual return and announcements; You will also manage statutory filings and corporate records of clients’ companies

As an Accountant

• You will get insight from our corporate accounting or fund accounting team with an opportunity to perform as an accountant in managing accounting data, entry and report generation. You will see the importance of accounting in different industries range from retail to manufacturing and different types of funds including private equity and hedge funds. 

As a Compliance officer

• You will learn how to ensure our business align relevant legal and internal requirement. You will learn how to conduct compliance reviews, monitor clients’ transactions, and assess risk level with a high-tech system.

Your Profile

• Penultimate year student studying Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Conversational Mandarin is preferred
• Willing to learn with a positive and service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as to work independently; anticipate what is needed and take action
