Investor Relations Management

• Participate in the preparation of the Company’s financial reports,  press release, corporate presentation PPT for non-deal road shows and etc;
  
• Establish good relationship with investors, analysts and brokers. Integrate the company's internal information, track the company's development strategy, business status, industry dynamics to make sure all the disclosed information is accurate, complete and compliant;
• Arrange non-deal road shows, responsible for the development of the company's investor relations, communicate with shareholders, potential investors, securities companies, investment Banks and analysts;
• Track the trend and dynamics of the financial market, analyze the market competition pattern, industry development trend, competitor information, follow analyst reports, etc.
• Analyze the investor structure of the company and regularly update the database of investors;
• Strengthen cooperation with financial media and arrange interviews and reports for senior managers.

Financing management

• Establish and improve the company's financing system and process, maintain and develop close relationship with financial institutions, develop and manage existing and potential investment institutional resources, establish diversified financing channels, and participate in business negotiations when necessary;
• Organize enterprise financing programs, supervise and control financing projects, and control financing risks;

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, economics, public relations, etc. MBA/EMBA/CFA prevails;
• More than 5 years working experience in the financial sector market or investor relations and corporate finance management. Exposure in large-scale project financing, equity financing, etc., with banks, institutional investors, high-end investors, government guidance fund resources preferred;
• Understand corporate governance regulations, capital market operations;
• Logical, good team spirit, innovative, mature with excellent communication & coordination skills, adaptive to changes.
• Proficient on spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent writing skills and good at writing government documents and various reports
