Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist senior team members in originating, arranging and providing financial advisory services primarily for Chinese clients globally or for international clients in Greater China, in project finance, duties including meeting clients, preparing proposals and indicative offer letters as well as presentations, etc. 
• Execute the deals by preparing credit applications, credit evaluation, risk and financial analysis, term sheet negotiation and closing the deal
• Perform financial advisory services including developing financial model, risk matrix, information memorandum, financial options and negotiations with various financial institutions
• Ensure all KYC procedures are comply with internal and external regulatory requirements
• Provide support in researching new sectors and products
• Handle other project finance activities as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in project finance and credit control, exposure in Greater China and Asia Pacific is preferred
• Proven track record in credit risk management, debt structuring and in-depth knowledge in financial modeling
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills; critical thinking and problem solving skills
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Multi-tasking and attend to details; able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, knowledge in Spanish will be an advantage
