Your Missions:

• Responsible for full sets of accounts
• Ensure data are accurately authorized and entered into the system
• Assist in month end closing, preparation of accounting reports and year-end audit schedules
• Provide customer services and administrative support
• Greet incoming guests, handle incoming calls and manage front desk in a proactive and professional manner
• Responsible for customer services 
• Handle and follow up customers enquiries and complaints
• Participate in ad hoc assignment as required

We are looking for:

• F.6 or Higher Diploma in Accounting
• 1 years relevant working experience
• High proficiency in MS Excel
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Self-initiative
• Immediate available is preferred
• Fresh Graduate is also welcome

Location: TST, HK (5-day work week)
