Responsibilities:

-      Handle daily routine account affairs and prepare periodically statements and management reports

-      Intercom transactions

-      Bank reconciliation

-      Responsible for A/P & A/R functions, daily cash registry, and banking report

-      Assist Supervisor and Manager in month end closing and reports / schedules preparation

-      Perform ad-hoc duties required by the Management

Requirements:

-      Diploma / LCCI II or above

-      At least 2 years relevant working experience

-      Knowledge of Kingdee (K3) or/and CargoWise is a definite advantage

-      Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

-      Self-motivated with strong of responsibility

-      Willing to work overtime and under pressure

-      Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

-      Candidates with more experience will be considered as Officer
