Reporting to the Senior Finance Director to support the Hong Kong/China Finance Shared Services, you will be responsible for the following:

Job Duties: 

• Assist in monthly/quarterly/annual sales forecast
• Validate sales entries and prepare sales analysis reports
• Validate payments and checking of supporting documents with proper approvals
• Manage customers credit limit control
• Review monthly aging report and send A/R statements to customers
• Review and maintain standard costing data and purchase price variance analysis
• Reconcile monthly inventory balances
• Analyze expense variances
• Maintain customers, suppliers and inventory master records
• Reconcile IC balances on purchases and vendor balances
• Reconcile customers account balances and follow up with payment and delinquent accounts
• Calculate relevant provision, accruals and salesmen commission
• Prepare monthly Debit Notes to Corporate
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly departmental expense reports
• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis as required
• Assist in month end closing
• Assist in annual budget and on-going forecasts
• Assist in annual audits

 Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting or Business Administration
• 3 – 5 years working experience in accounting field
• Excellent accounting knowledge and ability to work independently with analytical details
• Good communication skill in written and verbal English/Putonghua
• Dedicated commitment in meeting monthly financial reporting deadline
• Working experience in foreign enterprise with branch offices in China will be an advantage
