FINANCE OFFICE

The appointee is expected to:

(a) perform general accounting work and payment processing;

(b) handle and co-ordinate the full process of finance related matters for students, including issuance and collection of tuition and hall fees, scholarship and bursary payment, students’ loan disbursement/repayment and other related matters;

(c) handle and follow up on external and internal enquiries related to students’ payments and receipts;

(d) perform budgetary control, voucher input and journal entries;

(e) prepare analysis schedules and monthly bank reconciliations;

(f) prepare year-end analysis schedules; and

(g) perform ad-hoc tasks and clerical duties as assigned.

Applicants should have completed secondary education, with at least 5 passes in HKCEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics (or Level 2 in HKDSE), and preferably with LCC Intermediate level in Book-keeping and Accounts. He/She should preferably have at least three years of work experience in accounting field and have good communication skills, be self-motivated, mature, team-oriented and proficient in computer applications (MS Word/Excel and Chinese Word).  

Relevant experience in Accounts Payable functions, ideally with a minimum of two years of experience in a high volume processing function would be desirable. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a computer application test.

Reference salary range: HK$15,000 - HK$25,000 per month

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
