Job Description
Job Responsibilities:-
- Supervise and lead junior staff performing daily accounting, stock, settlement and financial operations
- Prepare Month-end closing and financial reports for management review in a timely manner
- Assisting regional consolidation and management reporting
- Perform intra-group transactions and reconciliation
- Analyze and reporting the cost, gross margins, and inventory
- Monitor daily cash-flow and online banking
- Ensure accounting policies and procedures are in line with statutory requirement and tax affairs
- Assisting system implementation
- Supporting internal and external audit
- Participate Ad hoc project as assigned
Job Requirements:-
- LCCI higher, Diploma or relevant Accounting / Professional qualification
- Able to handle full-set accounting
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- At least 5 year relevant experiences in trading / sales office / Japanese or electronics manufacturer
- Team player and able to lead with good analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Self-initiated with strong commitment for quality excellence
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
