Responsibilities

• Handle full set book of accounts
• Prepare vouchers, debit note, cheque payment and bank reconciliation
• Maintain and update inventory system
• Prepare month-end closing and management accounts
• Prepare audit schedules for statutory audit
• Support internal auditing work
• Assist in budgeting and weekly cashflow forecast
• Participate in ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Possess recognized accounting diploma or accounting qualifications
• At least 3 years' solid experience in commercial industry, preferably with audit experience
• Familiar with computerized Accounting system, e.g. Flex system and FION
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent interpersonal skills, committed, responsible with hands-on experiences
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
