Job Duties:

• Assist in the planning and management of fitting out projects to meet the fitting out standards and ensure quality assurance;
• Responsible for drawing preparation and cost estimation of materials;
• Coordinate with internal clients, vendors and contractors for the renovation project;
• Oversee project progress in a whole to ensure desired results achievement and is in accordance with schedule;
• Assist Project manager in technical facilities or utilities procurement and inventory management;
• Responsible for drawing preparation and site coordination for stores

Requirements:

• Higher diploma in Design, Building Services Engineering or relevant subject;
• 3-4 years solid experience in store renovation of retail sector;
• Excellent project management capability, communication skills and able to meet tight time schedule;
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshops, 3D Max and MS office application;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Occasional travel to Macau or Southern China is required.
