• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Holder or finalist of professional qualification, e.g. HKICPA, ACCA, CIA or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sizeable corporations, preferably in property management companies
• To conduct financial and operational audits to ensure the Hong Kong estate management operations compliance with the Group's policies & procedures and statutory requirements
• To prepare audit reports, provide recommendations for improvements and follow up on audit recommendations with relevant parties
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and report writing skills
