To qualify, applicants must possess:  

• A university degree and a professional accounting qualification
• 7-10 years of relevant financial reporting experience in the investment industry
• Experience with US GAAP financial reporting and US tax filing
• Strong business acumen and proven experience in supporting deal closing
• Excellent financial modeling skills with the ability to compile valuation reports independently
• Good analytical skills to solve complicated business issues
• Team player and be able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Putonghua
