Your Role:
- Handle Incoming Calls
- Issue Invoices
- Prepare Monthly Statements for Customers A/R
- Handle Shipping Arrangement and Customs Declaration
- Any Ad. Hoc Assignment
- Diploma Holder or above
- 3-years relevant experience; (5-years relevant experience will be considered as Sales Coordinator)
- Knowledge of Shipping / Accounting is an advantage
- Knowledge in myob system is an advantage
- Good command of Cantonese and English
- Good Telephone Manner and Mature
- Proficient in MS office, English and Chinese Word Typing
