Our client is a leading E-commerce and Financial Services company looking for a Financial Controller to join their team to help them IPO in the near future.

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to a CEO to ensure that all due diligence and operational departments are up to financial standards with a main board listing application
• To lead a small financial team to ensure an efficient and effective finance team to provide timely accurate and efficient financial reporting and Company Secretarial Work.
• Provide support to various finance projects, auditing and office administration
• Liaise and take responsibility with external parties with regard to communication of the IPO listing.
• Spearhead the finance team to compile, analyze and prepare forecasting, budgeting, statistics and management reports

Job Requirements:

• A CPA/ACCA University graduate in Business or finance or equivalent with minimum 10 years’ relevant experience
• Must be a qualified Com Sec as well ESSENTIAL.
• Must have experience in IPO listing.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Excellent in the use of MS Office applications.
• Proactive, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail, organized, independent and customer–oriented
