Responsibilities:

l   Perform daily general accounting duties

l   Responsible for full set of accounts

l   Handle in month-end closing and inter-company reconciliation in timely and accurate manner

l   Assist in management accounts and accounting schedules to Senior Management, particularly preparation of bank reconciliation and balance sheet item schedules

l   Assist in cash flow preparation and forecast

l   Prepare report and assist in audit preparation

l   Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

l   Diploma or above in Accountancy and related discipline

l   2 years relevant accounting experiences

l   Able to complete full set of accounts independently

l   Positive attitude and good work commitment

l   Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

l   Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

l   Immediately available is preferable

Short availability preferred
Less Working experience in accounting preferred for the post “Accounting Officer"
