Job Description:

• Responsible for daily routine accounting functions;
• Provide clerical support such as data entry, reporting and filing;
• Handle daily accounting duties, journal entries and ensure timely month end closing;
• Participate in ad hoc duties assigned;
• Responsible for company’s HR and administration work; and
• Handle salary calculation of shop staffs.

Requirement:

• Degree holder / Higher Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent;
• Knowledge of the practices and procedures of basic accounting and book-keeping with at least 3 years relevant working experience;
• Proficiency in PC skill, MS Word and Excel;
• Experience in apparel retailing business is preferred;
• Fluent Chinese and English;
• Self-motivated and responsible;
• Experience in system (Peach Tree) implementation is an advantage;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
