Nordic Hamburg Shipmanagement (HK) Ltd. is a young expanding shipping company active in the Container, Bulk and Multipurpose segment.

To strengthen and building up our financial department we are looking for a

Senior Accountant (m/f):   

Your responsibilities: 

• Company accounting for single purpose shipowning companies / ship management entity
• Data Entry - AR AP reconciliation
• Payment transactions
• Safeguarding of a proper and transparent financial accounting
• Prepare annual accounts according to IFRS including all necessary attachments (Summary of fixed assets, Profit and Loss Statements etc.)
• Timely management reporting in accordance with IFRS
• Account reconciliation
• Communicate with overseas team for accounts preparation

 Your profile:

• Degree in Business Accounting or Finance
• Three to Five years’ work experience in a comparable position
• Experience in Investment Accounts preferable
• Experience in International Shipping / Shipmanagement preferable
• Good English skills (written and oral)  
• Safe handling of standard office software – preferably knowledge in Microsoft Navision
• Autonomous and target oriented working style
• Ability to work in a team
