Responsibilities：

• Oversee all finance related matters including accounting, banking, taxation, cost control, budgeting and financial analysis

• Manage the regulatory reporting function of the Company that cover a broad spectrum of regulatory, financial, and statutory reporting as well as the daily liquidity management function

• Work with senior management to grow the business, formulating strategies and plans

• Reviewing the processes and procedures in the finance areas and systems, and recommending upgrades and enhancements to the existing accounting function to meet future growth and expansion plans

• Ensure effective internal controls are in place and compliances with applicable regulatory legislations for financial and tax reporting

• Prepare consolidated financial information and financial analysis reports to management

• Handle ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements：

• Master degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline with CPA qualified and very strong technical proficiency and demonstrated experience in accounting and reporting

• Minimum 15 years relevant experience

• Strong business acumen and ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis

• Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization

• Excellent Chinese and English writing skills required and preferably fluent in Mandarin speaking

• Energetic, highly motivated, with passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success
