Responsibilities:

• Prepares accounting schedules, month end closing, management reporting and analysis work for Hong Kong companies and on the consolidation level
• Assists in group consolidation such as liaise with PRC and overseas offices to manage documentation flow and inter-company balances reconciliation
• Helps in reviewing accounting entries and checking bank reconciliations
• Basically works in Hong Kong office but occasional travel to PRC offices is needed
• Assists all ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• 2 years accounting experience is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people at different levels
• Able to work in a fast pace working environment
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Chinese Word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Ability to speak Chinese Putonghua is a must
• Recent graduate will also be considered
