Job Responsibilities:

• Run open balance reports, follow up with customers for payment collection and monitor the ageing of accounts receivables
• Contact customers for payment collection via email / fax / phone call and follow up outstanding payment with operations
• Update SAP on payment status
• Ensure on-time and accurate billing to customers including soft & hard copies of invoice, HAWB and bill of lading, etc.
• Perform any ac hoc duties assigned by supervisors

  Job Requirements:

• F.5 / DSE or above, Diploma graduate in business / account related fields is preferable
• 1 year of experience in accounting or payment collection and familiar with SAP accounting software is an advantage, fresh or recent graduates are also welcome
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin & English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Outlook & Power point etc)
• Proactive, hardworking, good communication skills and telephone manner
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Immediately available is highly preferable
• 6-month contract, renewal subject to performance
