Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular in-office inspections to ensure operating procedures are in compliance with relevant policies, rules and local laws
• Conduct daily system event logs preparation and monitoring
• Conduct regular system user IDs and authorities checking
• Review and update existing operating procedures and relevant regulatory requirements
• Assist in prepare of operational risk report
• Handles administration duties including data collection, maintenance of filing records, etc.
• Support tasks relating to operational risk identification and control assessment
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate, major in Banking, Business or Accounting or related disciplines
• Holder of CISA or related qualification is preferred
• Around 2 years’ working experience in banking or financial institution
• Basic knowledge on corporate banking products, trade finance, payment and treasury
• Good knowledge of operational risk control is a plus
• A team player with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Proficient in using PC and MS Offices
