Responsibilities

You role is the finance head with the company directly reporting to the founder and manage an accountant at the group level as well as the finance teams in China. You will manage the full-functional finance affairs of the group including financial reporting, management reporting, FP&A as well as the strategic development. The company will plan for an IPO in the next 2-3 years and you will lead the project as well.

Requirements

You should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience with relevant experience in either a similar corporate environment or Big 4. Prior China experience is essential. You should also be able to travel a week to China every month and be fluent in Chinese and English.
