Job Responsibilities

• Supervise Finance & Audit team in daily operations
• Review receipts and payments to ascertain proper booking and authorization in financials
• Review monthly management reports including forecasting & sales analysis
• Carry out quarterly cashflow projection as well as annual budget
• Assist in implementation of policies & procedures and ensure compliance with corporate policies & guidelines and statutory requirements
• Improve procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Manage tax filing and reporting
• Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants
• Handle other projects and ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements

• Degree in Finance / Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years solid experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing industry. CPA will be a plus
• Hands-on person with good attention to details
• With strong sense of responsibility and able to meet tight deadline with high accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skill
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, preferably with exposure in using Account System, experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus
• Good command of Cantonese and English, Japanese is definitely an advantage
