The accountant is responsible for company internal bookkeeping, management accounting, invoicing, bank reconciliation and AP. As a service provider, the accountant will further be responsible for handling client accounting, including the preparation of financial reports, and arrangements of external audit engagements.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for general accounting duties, handle and resolve accounting inquiries and issues internally as well as for clients

• Maintain daily journals
• Billings, invoicing, aging and payments
• Prepare periodic management information, financial reports and analysis
• Client bookkeeping, preparation of financial reports and communicating work to clients
• Liaison with external auditors

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years accounting/auditing working experience in commercial firm experience
• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or AAT or HKICPA student or equivalent
• Familiar with the accounting standards and taxation requirements
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of internal control 
• Multi-task, strong adaptability on the fast-changing business environment
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;
• Good team player, Self-motivated, independent, mature, stable with strong sense of integrity and responsibility, detailed-oriented, well-organized;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin;
