Financial Controller

 Reporting to the CFO, you will be leading the external reporting function to deliver timely and accurate financial reports and MD&A for the company. You will also assist in executing process enhancements in Internal Controls, systems and procedures and performing financial and business reviews for the business. Excellent exposure is offered in this position.

Responsibilities:

 ²  Manage all aspects of the financial accounting function which includes statutory and external reporting, auditing and tax

²  Lead the financial planning activities including budgeting and forecasting, and improving financial operations, internal controls, systems and procedures

²  Manage company secretarial function for the group and its subsidiary companies and act asCompany Secretary under the Companies Ordinance requirements

²  Perform ad-hoc projects / assignments as required

Requirements:

²  Degree holder in Business or related disciplines with a professional accounting qualification and strong familiarity with HKFRS/IFRS

²  Minimum 10-15 year relevant experience with at least 2 years in financial reporting for a HK listed company

²  Previous experience in IPO is desirable

²  A qualified Company Secretary with relevant experience in legal, corporate governance and corporate secretarial duties

²  Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
