RESPONSIBILITIES

• Involve in the implementation of Risk Management project, monitor & facilitate the progress of interviews with risk owners/ business units, coordinate Risk Management Survey and conduct analysis with risk owners.
• Continuously direct process owners to update business processes to ensure the process flows can truly reflect MBHK daily operations.
• Involve in the implementation of Internal Control System (“ICS”) in MBHK, review the control designs prepared by the departments, and monitor the annual self-assessment with departments.
• Involve in daily compliance consultation work.
• Involve in Policy and Guideline Coordination, provide consultations to guideline owners and ensure the guidelines are consistent with business processes, and fulfilled the Headquarters’ requirements.
• Conduct research and prepare newsletters on the Anti-money laundering and Personal data privacy topics.
• Coordinate and smooth cross- functional communication among different departments to set up or update control designs, and key business processes.
• Assist in preparing risk management reports and compliance related reports periodically for management review.
• Discuss & implement other compliance & risk management projects, report projects progress, decisions and activities to supervisor.
• Handle the compliance and risk management administrative and documentation & archiving works.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of Accounting or Business Administration or Law  or  Degree in Business (Economics) Experience/law
• 2-3 years working experience, preferably in business accounting/ finance/ risk management related discipline
• Working experience in consulting firm, accounting firm, auditing firm or automotive industrial working experience will be a big plus
• Strong Communication and project management skill
• Possess good presentation, negotiation & teamwork skills
• Possess good business & intercultural sense
• Dynamic and pro-active personality
• Good analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficient in Microsoft Visio (Preferred)
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese)
• Future working location: Chai Wan
