Requirements:

-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

-At least 5 years solid experience in China real estate development industry

-Fluent in Mandarin

-Frequent travel to China (Hainan Province) is required

-Familiar in China taxation system and real estate development law

Responsibilities:

-Oversee the whole finance function, including budget control, group finance, internal control & as well as leading

 a finance team to handle accounting operation

-Prepare financial analysis, financial modules and tax planning etc. to the top management

-Negotiation with China Officials
