Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the financial accounting function which include statutory and financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, tax planning and treasury functions.

• Liaise with the auditors, banks and regulatory authorities.

• Preparing consolidated accounts, financial reports and analyses for group companies independently.

• Provide full financial reports, analysis and information timely and accurately to Senior Management.

• Ensure financial control is maintained and efficiencies are achieved with existing financial system, processes and procedures, including internal control, risk management, corporate governance requirement.

   

  Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy with professional accounting qualification or equivalent.

• At least 10 years accounting experience in manufacturing company with 5 years in relevant position.

• Previous experience in PRC manufacturing industry is a must.

• Strong technical accounting and familiar with Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards, taxation, customs, banking, legal and government regulations and practices.

• Able to supervise the handling of full set of manufacturing accounts and develop accounting system.

• Good communication and sound analytical skills.

• Periodic travel to PRC is required.
