Job Requirements:  

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant disciplines 
• Minimum 5 years’ related experience for garment field, with supervisory exposure
• Good communication skills, strong attention to details
• Independent, patient and able to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
• Hands-on experience in using ERP accounting system and Meta-viewer system is an advantage
• Proficient in using MS Office, Excel /PivotTable is an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese 

Duties: 

• Liaise with Sri Lanka team on payment requests and queries
• Validate and review invoices and expenses against documentation
• Prepare and review payment schedules & input online banking platforms
• Assist and support month-end closing
• Be able to coach juniors and monitor their work
• Other duties and ad hoc assignments as required
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE IS PREFERRED
