Responsibilities :

-          Prepare invoice & statement of account

-          Handle payment & overseas remittance

-          Liaise with overseas office

-          Provide support to business projects

-          Maintain filing & database systems

Requirements :

 -          Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage 

 -          Proficient in MS Office

 -          Proficient in both written and spoken English

 -          Good interpersonal skill and strong sense of responsibility

 -          Attentive to details and able to work independently
