In order to cope with our business expansion, we are now looking for high caliber person to join our team as Account Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in general accounting duties and documentation (eg. ledger record, bank payment & deposit, expenses claims, etc)
• Provide support in annual audit and tax reporting
• Provide administrative support to management
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or equivalent qualification;
• At lease 1 to 2 years relevant working experiences in audit firms or commercial industry;
• Proficient in MS Office applications with Chinese processing will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Able to work independently
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Fresh graduate is also welcome
